I had a lot of scar tissue buildup over the years on my left side so the main reason for the surgery was to get that taken care off and since the implants needed to be replaced anyway I decided to take advantage and go bigger in volume to match my current body. The scar tissue was thick and it was all removed successfully but the Doctor had to leave a drain inside (you see it in the bottom right) for a week. So as you can imagine is not a sexy look lol! Thankfully I will be able to shower tomorrow and hopefully snap a couple of better looking pictures for you guys. Regarding the size, I wanted to maintain the same separation between my boobs (2 fingers 😉) and a similar profile to still be active but with a much higher volume so although you may not see it under that huge bra I have on, they’re substantially bigger in volume.
