It's so fun looking in the mirror and grabbing my own ass everyday and feeling how it's changing. It totally makes sex more fun too because now there's more to play with and it's a prettier shape to look at βππ I'm dreaming of running around music festivals and celebrating my new rave booty lol anybody else missing rave booty?

Before covid I was out in the world wearing heels and dresses, zooming around town for meetings and trying to convince myself to workout. When quarantine started I heard other people started wearing pajamas and getting fat. For a while I kept dressing up to work at home but after a few months I started working out and doing yoga more (I realized that physical health had to become #1 importance) and so here we are... life is simpler and easier now. I wake up workout, drink my smoothies, make music and teach yoga. I also offer 1:1 coaching for people who want help in any of these categories. I coach people who want to develop as artists and learn how to listen to their bodies. I coach people who want to feel at peace in their mind and in less clothes ;) let me know if you would like my help in anything. It strengthens core muscles, balancing spine, works 3 muscle groups at the same time (shoulders, hips and core). It improves balance and clears your mind because you gotta focus. O also like to clench my booty muscles to engage the glutes and lengthen the low back. Its wobbly and fun when you tip over haha laugh at yourself...that's something amazing about yoga. Lol βπ
