Sometimes doing what you love makes you feel like you're on top of the world. When i'm Snowboarding on a bluebird day like this, thats how it feels - even though i'm just on the top of a mountain.

We had some extreme weather this year! The Cascades received an unbelievable amount of powder, and overall snow-wise it was a great winter! This was an ice storm that really caught us by surprise, did you have any wild weather stories this year?

I love doing Pilates during the snowboarding off-season to keep building my strength and core. Having a strong core is the key to almost any sport like skiing, biking, surfing, you name it! It also helps keep me flexible. Have you tried Pilates?

Going for a hike! I love exploring trails and going on steep walks. It really helps workout those legs and glutes. Do you hike?
