WACKSACK PRE-GAME FOOD: You want the INSANE LIBIDO? Well, in many of my tweets and consultations, I'm always telling dudes to eat more fruit for a few reasons:
- Nutrient-dense: Your body needs vitamins and minerals to function
- Fiber: Helps your digestive tract function better, key for your prostate
- Low-Calorie Intake: Helps in weight loss/management
- Hydration: The most important one; provides water to your system
This is what I consume daily, and two bowls the day of a shoot, which I have one tomorrow. Your choice of fruits give you varying results, but the 4 things I listed apply to almost all fruits.
Adding this to your routine EVERYDAY will definitely improve your libido over time, and if you're lazy, get a pre-made fruit assortment at the grocery store.
AVOID EATING CHIPS, COOKIES, CANDY...and eat the fruit instead.
